1. Address of the house. So I can look at street view if I need extra details.

2. Do you want the address on the illustration/s?

3. Props / Details? Would you like to add any special details to the illustration? A family pet, a favourite bike, birds, local animals, gumboots on the front step, a swing in the tree, smoke coming out of the fire place, a football in the yard etc

4. Deadline? If you have a due date please let me know.

5. Permissions? Do you give me permission to post this on my Instagram? (If it's a gift I will wait 'till the receiver has their gift. just let me know when they will receive it)

FOR INTERIOR HOUSE PORTRAITS

1. What rooms am I drawing for you?

2. Do you want the address on the illustration/s? If so, what is it.
